He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"There was a miscommunication. When I spoke with Mike on the phone, I specifically asked if they steam clean the carpets. However, he must have misunderstood my question. He arrived with an orbital rubbing machine, like what one would use to buff a hardwood floor. We had that kind of service before with Kiwi carpet cleaning in the Dallas area. And we didn't think it was nearly as good as steam cleaning where suctioning is involved. It's frustrating because we scheduled movers to unload our household goods for the following day and now we're going to have to do a multistage move so we can get our carpets cleaned the way we requested. While we were very disappointed that the service wasn't as we expected, Mike conducted himself professionally and arrived as expected."

"Tony arrived on time and after introducing himself I could tell he was such a pleasant and friendly person.  He listened to what I wanted then looked around after a short chat session and got to work.  I watched him work and he takes his job seriously,  He was careful of my belongings but did a thorough job.   We were able to chat a few times while he worked and I was very impressed him. He did a great job on my carpets but moreover he was a very personable young man and that make a perfect combination.  He cleaned up his tools, gave me the total and  chatted a few more min and happy he was so wonderful. Gave him my check and gave him some breakfast kolaches.  Great job! <br />"

"Carpets were in pretty bad shape so I didn't expect a miracle.  Considering the state of the carpet I was expecting spot treating which was not done.  There were quite a few places that were not cleaned to include inside the closets.  The edges of the carpet were also not cleaned well.  Probably one of the biggest issues was that the carpet was very wet afterward.  Going on day 6 now and they are still damp.  I would chose a different company in the future. <br />"

"The overall experience has been great. Nicole is one of these people who REALLY ENJOYS cleaning. Because of my initial experience Nicole now cleans for me on a regular basis. Usually a light cleaning every 2-3 weeks and a deep clean about every 3rd or 4th visit. She cleans on every visit the way most of us would like to clean but rarely have the time or energy for or if you're like me don't have a magic wand. When she leaves, my home not only smells clean it feels clean the way it feels after a nice rain.
