He also said for the floor to be cleaned well it would cost as extra 90.00 dollars. We paid the extra amount and the tech used a scrub brush to clean. I came home after the job was completed and the tech had left. I was disappointed as the floors did not look much better."

I needed to change the appointment twice due to weather and they were very accommodating. Alan came out at the appointed time and expertly removed the rugs from under the furniture and single-handedly carried them out to our driveway. <br /> Since the rugs hadn't been cleaned in so long, it took a long time to clean them to Alan's satisfaction. He said that they should have charged more, but he said that he always sticks to his word. <br /> The rugs turned out surprisingly good and I was very pleased with the service.
