He read, understood and signed the job description, price and schedule that we provided. The work took less than two days, including removal of all trimmings and debris, picking up plants, topsoil and fertilizer, and installing plants according to our sketched plan. He will get aggressive when you point out there mistakes, threaten to take you to court, start harassing you at you house when you have to take him to court, and blatantly lie in court. They will do a poor rushed job and demand more of your money when they screw it all up. They will not do the work they said they will do and instead sit around drinking and finding easy things to do instead of the jobs promised to be done.
