"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "Chuck and his team of Nathan and Rick did an outstanding job of bringing our hardwood floor back to life. Our floor is manufactured by Provenza. Provenza floors can only be cleaned with their product and it is a floor that needs to be oiled. It is very labor-intensive. I am so impressed at the hard work and dedication and commitment to that Chuck and his team did in restoring our floor. It looks absolutely beautiful. They are top-notch professionals. Respectful, courteous and attentive to small details. You will not be disappointed if you hire them to do your wood floors, tiles or carpet. Very pleased that the fringes are white again, and the colors vibrant and the shapes intact. I tried pet store products, vinegar and baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and other products. The thing that finally worked was bleach. It is probable that this product would work better on fabric and rugs. Also, it would probably work better on less severe problems. The provider was excellent to deal with. <br />"
