Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. Very considerate, they covered all the furniture with plastic and afterward vacuumed for any stray dirt or dust. "We had two old carpets that had acquired set in stains over several years.  I had tried to remove the stains using a home shampoo machine which failed miserably.  In fact the stain increased in size.  We called Steam Master Cleaning as a last ditch effort.  Juan arrived from the company and looked at the task.  He agreed they were pretty grim however he was willing to try.  As we were going to take up the master bedroom carpet and replace it with tile, we weren't going to be upset if the stains remained in situ.  Much to our <b>Total</b> surprise, Juan cleaned those carpets until they looked new!  In fact we are considering leaving the master bedroom carpet in place instead of replacing it with tile.  Juan and Steam Master Cleaning is now on Speed Dial.  When you have dogs and cats you need to know who to call."

"David and isaiah called to see if they could come half hour earlier than scheduled, which I appreciated. Steamers sent a team of 2, which I also appreciated, so the work could be completed more quickly. That has never happened before with other cleaners. After showing them what rooms they would work on, they went to work. I had some soil and spots which I was unsure they would be able to clean, but they got it all! And even touched up the arms of some white chairs I had. They did not ever add to the original quoted price, like some others, saying oh, you have a spot there, I am going to have to charge you for a special spot cleaner on top of cleaning your carpet...David even reminded me of an Angie’s List coupon that further saved me money. After they were finished, David gave me a packet of information about their 14 step cleaning process, a sheet on info after your carpet is cleaned (airflow, when to replace furniture and rugs on the cleaned carpet, resurfacing spots, and other fun things), told me about their referral program (they will pay you 10% bonus of the bill of your friends and neighbors you refer!!!), and info about other cleaning services they have. They were very polite and accommodating and professional. I will definitely have them back!"

"This is a 20-plus year old unit we kept as a loaner for the kids at college and now is a back-up for when our primary unit is away for 3 to 4 weeks at Sears. But it hadn't been serviced in over 12 years so we figured it was due. It also had a minor issue with the roller not rolling. <br /> Dropped off the unit on Thursday afternoon and it was ready for pick up on Monday. The cost was exactly what they had quoted and the unit works fine. The staff did offer to move me up to a newer unit but when I said 'no thanks', they did not push it. <br /> Will definitely use again. <br /> NOTE: Not their fault but GMAP has their location incorrectly indicated as at one end of the McNay Building. Seidel Rd. is about a mile closer to Harry Wurzbach Rd., and they are in a strip mall facing Earl Abel's restaurant (nice local reference point).
