"I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY & I WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO CLEAN A GUTTER FOR ANYONE. IF YOU DO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE(S), YOU NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED & YOU NEED TO BE READY & ABLE TO CHECK THE WORK THAT YOU PAID THEM TO PERFORM. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."

They even did the house wash when I wasn’t home, so no need to take off work or schedule a time “window”. "Some issues and the Ashburn Service Manager won't help. Large bleach marks on Teak furniture they neglected to cover. Dead grass in our lawn and neighbors lawn. Lint left in trap they did not remove caused smoke and a second cleaning."
