"The sell a great service. The owner is says all the right things. The key to this job was to make sure the same crew was sent each time. Sadly, it was a different crew every time. The elderly woman in question can be difficult at times, and the crew was polite and helpful - but in the end, didn't clean very well. We asked them several times to return to finish the job - and they failed to resound in a timely manner (say 2-3 days). There always seemed to be an excuse. In the end, the charged more than the agreed upon price - without any notice this was what they were planning on doing. After several arguments with the owner, we ended up partying ways. <br /> <br /> I'm sure this person does well for people that are not particular about cleaning. <br />"
