He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "I was so pleased with Peaches'N Clean. They responded quickly to all of the messages I sent them asking questions. Once I booked, they made sure I understood the pricing and provided me with a fair quote. The day of they showed up right on time and went straight to work vacuuming and then steam cleaning the carpets. Once done, they showed me several stains they were unable to remove (an old coffee stain and a few other small marks), but HOLY COW. My carpets are white and have been subjected to so much abuse from two kids and a dog and they looked nearly brand new! "All the people I spoke with were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The only complaints I have is when the worker vacuumed the carpet before the actual extraction cleaning process he vacuumed so fast (in my opinion) that it was virtually impossible to get any of the imbedded dirt out which is why we wanted the carpet professionally done in the first place. The other thing was after the cleaning the orbital device was only used on 2 small "traffic areas" and I thought it was to be used on all the area that was cleaned, maybe I misunderstood the process. The carpeting is in very good shape as there are no major dirt or tracking spots, this was more of a maintenance cleaning and that seemed to go well. My main concern was just the pre vacuuming procedure. <br /> I probably would use them again but I would definitely make sure the vacuuming was done better. <br />"
