He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "They did a good job. My carpets didn't look dirty at the start, but after cleaning the colors were much deeper and more vibrant. The workers are very polite and courteous. This is a little mom and pop operation and you work directly with the owner. They came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, and did the work two days later. They do all kinds of cleaning and organizing and they have a page on Facebook with more information. <br />"
