He has an encyclopedic knowledge of his stock. While there may be places where I could get my rugs cleaned for a little less, I sincerely doubt I would find a place that would do better work. They do moth proofing, pet sanitizing, and repairs as well as regular cleaning. They will also pick up and return your larger rugs. My only complaint is that every time I go in there, I find a rug I want to buy. They have a gorgeous selection that is hard to resist."
