"Jonathan took on this big job for a reasonable price. I've attached before & after pics. What a transformation! They leveled the space, over 1000 square feet. The property sits on a slope by the lake and the ground is very hard and rocky. They had to cut down two huge tree stumps. They removed and moved around a lot of dirt and were even nice enough to haul some over to my neighbor's to help him level his shed. Once the steps and wall were built and the pavers set, they leveled the walkway to the steps, moved my rock garden over to fit the new space, redirected foundation and gutter drainage pipes, laid mulch and cleaned up. I'm so happy with the results. It took longer than expected but some of that was due to weather and I'm happy they didn't try to rush through it. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a friendly and professional manner. The cost I list here does not include the cost of pavers, wall blocks and some sand.
