"I?ve dealt with this company twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. They expect customers to pay an excessive amount out of pocket even when home insurance is in place. They also cancel so-called free services without any phone call or warning once the promotion expires, leaving you stuck with the bill. When a technician finally comes out, they spend less than ten minutes on the work order and inevitably ?discover? another issue that requires additional payment. That work then has to be rescheduled weeks later. The entire process feels misleading and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company."

"I had to pay for five guys and only one worked. Paid Jacobs to lower my main water line before I had driveway paved.. their line leaked which I had to video to prove. When they tied this new line into original copper water line, it leaked also which I had to video. I was billed and paid for faulty repairs. Jacobs broke my irrigation line faucet. When they had it repaired I was billed again and refused to pay. I texted the owner and complained but he did not respond. Instead he threateded and reported me to all credit agencies."
