He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "Technician arrived during the arranged time slot. Was a little hard to understand him as his English was not the greatest. Was surprised that holes had to be punched into the ducts in the basement, but we filled and taped over at the end of the service. Several ducts were rather dirty. Did find dust around several areas of the floor after the cleaning was done. Overall though was happy with the service as I am sure it was never done by the previous owners of our home."
