There were three limbs that were already broken needing only to be slightly cut to fall completely. The contractor described the different limbs that were dying and needed to be trimmed and shaped,symetrically. I was left assured the dead limbs would be trimmed back and the tree left in a symetrical shape. I was not called to inform me that they were at my home. I had to leave an appointment and drive to my home. Again I went over exactly what the contractor was to do in detail. Due to the other appointment I paid the contractor and left. Since the contractor and I had reviewed the work to be done twice, I felt comfortable paying him."
