Not like some franchised services that give a quick course to a minimum-wage person, whoâ because their truck only has ate steamer system wants to drain the filthy water down your bathtub. (This happened to a friend.) They have their own clean and dirty water tanks on their trucksâ ¦. I didnâ t look for other quotes, so donâ t know how their prices compete. I did ask that a few rooms not get the Biological formulaâ which is $65 more room. But they all got it anyway. So the bill was higher. But I did NOT complain because I figured these particular carpets likely needed it. ( I think they would have had to totally â rebootâ the system to only do some of the rooms with this formula .) Tom, our service guy, was great! Hard working, efficient, and super polite."

He quickly and efficiently measured and assessed, writing everything down, and gave us a well thought out estimate within just a few minutes for painting two rooms and carpet cleaning on the house we’re getting ready to move into. He was very professional and super polite, and promised that he would work us in as soon as he could before move-in date. And sure enough, just a few days later we heard back from him, saying he could be there the very next day. I’ve been dealing with a bunch of “professionals” during this move who never call back, or don’t show up, or sock us with a huge inflated bill for poor work, and it’s been really frustrating. Tomas was a complete pleasure to work with! Beautiful work, dependable, honest, punctual, professional....and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. He was there at 8 am and worked hard until almost 7 pm. I even suggested he come back another day to do the carpet cleaning, but he wouldn’t hear of it. He has a big van with all the equipment to do painting and carpet cleaning, a true professional in every way. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that he took great care to keep our house clean as he came in and out, putting down cardboard to walk on and wiping his feet each time he came in from the pollen-filled driveway, much appreciated with our allergies! I didn’t have to ask him to do any of this. When he finally left our house looked cleaner and so much better than before he came....the painted rooms were beautiful, and the carpet looked like new again. I can’t recommend him highly enough. "I believe there were three ladies and they did a great job. They worked constantly. The only thing, we asked them for a quote to come back and clean on a regular basis and we never heard from them again. We wanted a quote on how much would it be for every two weeks to come out for a couple of hours and they said that they would get back to us and never did. I guess maybe they were so busy doing all of their Angie’s groupon. The Deal was good, but we never got an ongoing price. We probably would use them in the future if we get a hold of them. In the meantime, we bought another deal from another company and they are coming tomorrow."
