"Easy to schedule the service. Friendly team of two women. Did a good job overall. Upon being informed they had finished, I looked at the work and was not pleased with some of it. Specifically, we have wood floors in the LR, foyer, kitchen, MBR and hallway. The floors had not been cleaned under the couch, table, along the wall, under the bed or under a bedroom chair. When mentioned to them, they did go to those areas and properly clean. After they left, my wife came home and pointed out more areas of the wood floor not cleaned (e.g., under and behind a TV tray stand, etc). So I rated them average overall, and a 4 for customer service."
