"I choose Hamilton Brothers to fix my leaking roof for the following reasons. 1) Quick to respond to my request to look at roof (under 2 hours from initial inquiry to time Patrick Hamilton was on the roof and giving me an estimate) 2) quick to repair the problem. Job finished 3 days after I gave them a go ahead, 3) Good price...the best of the 3 quotes I got, 4) Good communication on the progress of the job etc. I think the repair ended up being a little more in depth because of some severe roof rot, then the original estimate but I did not receive any increase in price, which was nice."

"Approximately one year ago, we hired a screening company to replace our ancient lanai cage and also to add a roof to the porch. The roof leaked after the first rain.
