"An estimate was given to us over the phone, and a printed copy sent for followup.  Also included were a sheet of instructions on how to prepare for the cleaning (removing breakable items, pinning up long drapes, etc) which was helpful.  Although not required, my husband and I removed almost all the furniture from the carpet, leaving just a couple heavy items.  Two techs arrived with a few minutes of the appointed time, set up their system (which had flexible hoses leading back to their truck) and finished the job in 1 1/2 hours.  We were charged the lowest amount on their variable estimate--probably because we saved them time by moving the furniture.  We were left with instructions, footies to cover our shoes when walking on the carpet for the following few hours, and a bottle of spot cleaner that they recommended for cleaning pet stains in the future.  They were professional and did a good job.  The carpet still looks good after several weeks. <br />"
