The reseeding was ineffective, and I initially received conflicting irrigation advice, resulting in additional costs. Despite using their services for both phases, the outcome was disappointing. Communication was challenging, especially when their truck breakdown further delayed the service. After consulting other companies, it became clear that the yard hadn't been pre-treated correctly.
