"We paid for 2 rooms, hallway and scotch guard carpet protection. I received a call before my appointment and they arrived shortly after. When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. It was my first time getting carpets cleaned professionally and I’m so glad I chose this company. Our stains were high traffic areas and they did a great job I’m very impressed! "Martin came to my house, and gave me an estimate to clean my large (11x18) rug.  The price was very competitive, and he gave me an Angie's list discount.  The rug came out great.  It looks and smells like a new rug (~15 years old, with multiple dogs enjoying the rug...)  I would definitely recommend the company.  Thank you Martin, you're the best. <br />"

"Ed is amazing!  I contacted him through Angie's List on Friday afternoon (yesterday).  He responded that evening with the answers to my questions, and a contact number so we could speak about it as well if I needed to.  I called him Saturday morning and he arrived at my house that same afternoon.  This still amazes me.  I didn't expect him to be available to help me until next week.  Same day service is almost unheard of today.  After looking at my carpets he provided a fair bid, and upon our agreement he began working immediately.  He moved furniture in order to conduct his work and put it back when finished.  My children were curious about his work and he had no problem with them watching.  He answered all their questions.  He was extremely friendly and professional.  One of my closet doors fell off the track while he was working, and he repaired that for me too.  He did that on his on fruition.  I didn't expect him to do that for me or ask him. He finished the job in about an hour and a half.  The carpets are amazing!  They look brand new.  I am very pleased with my experience with him and the job he did.  I will definitely use him in the future when I need flooring repair or installation.  I highly recommend him. <br />"

"The cleaning was thorough and good. The serviceman was punctual. I would work with them again. My only negative point is that, since this was the first time I had carpets cleaned professionally, I wish they'd explained better in advance what to expect, like the door being ajar and the area rugs needing to be removed from the house. It's obvious to me now but I didn't know in advance. Also, the person who got my request through Angie's List, the owner, I think, gave my name and number to office staff to contact me, but did not relay any of the information about the job and misstated the address, which added some confusion. However, the quality of the work was good, it was on time, and I'd hire them again."

"What a great experience!  The company was very flexible in terms of varying from their offer of 5 rooms of carpeting plus hall--we had three rooms of carpeting, an area rug, and 14 stairs plus landing.  They did it all for the same extremely low price.  Some of our carpeting had spots that no other company had been able to remove but they are completely gone now--we have no idea how it was done and don't care.  We are just very appreciative.  Extreme care was taken with our wool area rug and potential problems were explained in detail.  Mr. Othman is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.  We will no doubt look to him for all of our carpet cleaning needs in the future. <br />"
