He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains.
