The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. "Lanigan Enterprises has completed the repair and refinishing of our wooden floors. They did an excellent job. So good that we got them to completely gut a room at another location. They did a beautiful job. I am going to use them whenever I have a renovation job. They don't only do floors but the whole works, anything you want down around the house they will do. They also put up new screens on my sun room, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced a sump pump that was 10' down a well when the house was hit by lightening and the basement flooded. Tom Lanigan is the nicest contractor and his team are really nice too. They respect your property!"
