We are selling our house and hired Bob to paint all of the ceilings and walls, and to stain our basement stairs, and to do some minor ceiling and trim repair. It clearly stated in the proposal that the 1st-floor bathroom would not be done at this time per customer's the request, as she was going to renovate the bathroom prior to a home sale in the spring. She reviewed it and signed it. After she made an issue out of it, I wrote up an extra work order to do the work and she never signed it or acknowledged she received it. If you read my reviews you will see that I work very hard to take care of every customer.

"Bob (B C Contracting) is amazing! He transformed our new house into a home by transforming the entire look and feel of every room. We hired Bob to prime and paint our TWENTY windows and casing and NINETEEN doors, trims, and casings! As Bob said, it was a "bear of a job" and took him several days to complete (all while fighting the ridiculous humidity in our home at the time). Bob was so patient as we kept making tweaks to what we wanted paint, how many coats certain things got etc, he was so willing to work with us and adjust what was to be done based on our desires. Every single time we asked Bob to paint an additional surface that we forgot about the response was always "sure, not a problem at all!" or an honest and thorough explanation of why that may not be a great idea. Bob is not in this to nickle and dime people or do extra unnecessary work to put a few extra bucks in his pocket. Bob finished the job ahead of schedule and we were so happy with his work we called him back a few days later to paint our walls too! Bob is punctual, courteous, honest, fair, precise, dedicated, and reliable. I would STRONGLY recommend using BC Contracting for all your interior paint needs. On a side note, Bob is an animal lover and we were so stressed that we would have to send our dog to daycare everyday (which she hates) so she would not bother Bob. Long story short, Bob and our dog fell in love and she had the time of her life hanging out with Bob while he worked. Bob is professional (shows up on time, communicates promptly throughout the ENTIRE process, 100% honest and transparent) but also a genuinely good person (with a clear soft spot for dogs). I cannot recommend BC Contracting enough, you will be happy with your results!!!"

He's very neat, and very fast, painting two relatively small rooms in less than a day. Because he is so fast though, he could have been just a tiny bit more detail oriented when it came to corners, and edges. I know if I asked him back to fix anything, he absolutely would come by asap. That's an extremely minor issue from my perspective and we plan on having Bob paint more rooms in the future."

"Completed work quickly. Painter rushed the job on the final day, which was evident by signs of paint on stained areas, dripped paint on the floor, other mistakes made on the final day. Painter also did not tape off non-painted areas. I would suggest that if u hire Bob u should be very clear about your expectation regarding the end result. "

This customer is a renter and the previous job by the landlord was not done well and I pointed all of this out prior to the project and also told customer that if any issues arose to let me know and I would be happy to come back and address any issues.
