"We had a handyman named Peter come and install a security motion light. He came and after 40 min.said he couldn't wire it properly because he was not a licensed electrician. Still he asked for his 1hr fee of $65. After he left we contacted Green Star Power and Tom arrived , a licensed Electrician. His rate was fair and his work was excellent. "I had first made an appointment with another electrician recommended by Home Advisor who did not show up. So I called Green Power late afternoon the same day. Got an appointment for 1:00 pm the next day and got the smaller jobs done. Paul gave me an estimate to install coach lights on my garage and a Ring doorbell which he is doing next week. Showed up on time and finished the work pretty quickly. He is also a nice guy. I read some reviews from others who said this company is pricey. My opinion is that qualified competent professionals don t come cheap. I consider the charges to be reasonable and will not go for the cheapest when it comes to electrical work. If electrical work is not done correctly, it can cost you your home. "

"The electrician was friendly and appeared knowledgeable. I was told on the phone it was a free estimate. When he arrived I explained the problem in detail, thinking it was either the fuse box or several bad outlets. He said he wasn't sure but for the diagnostic and repair package it would be $197. One outlet was bad and he was at my house for approximately 30 minutes. $197 is a lot of money for 30 minutes of work. Very overpriced company in my opinion. Would never use this company again. In the future would only hire a company that charges by the hour."

"After I told the techician what happened, he simply showed me a paper stating that they would charge me $197 to diagnose and fix the problem, whether it takes 5 minutes or an hour. So it is not really a true estimate to tell me what was wrong and how much to fix it, simply a flat fee to fix it. I didn't feel I really got any real value for my money. The technician was nice and sounded knowledgable and started to unscrew the breaker box and two outlets but I think the fix was as simple as turning on the test switch located the outlet as i think it just got tripped. When i told him that i think it was the switch and see if I can just turn it on to see if it works, the technician said it was a burnt wire from an outlet and supposedly switched it but never showed me the damaged part or replaced any wires. Not happy that I felt taken advantage of and likely to use them again."

"After having a new water heater installed we discovered that the circuit breaker had failed. I went online to Home Advisors to get some companies to call. Green Star Power called the next morning and arrived to check it out in a few hours. Circuit breaker needed to be replaced apparently due to an overvoltage problem. They also recommended upgrading our whole house protection. Job was performed quickly and we were given explanations of exactly what was being done. Very courteous and highly skilled. We would certainly use this company again."

"Arrived an hour earlier than agreed. Looked at the jobs I wanted done, then pulled a price out of thin air (he wouldn't mention any figures over the phone). Since I had not been able to get anyone else interested in doing the work and he was already there, I had him go ahead. He was very nice and professional, and the work was done satisfactorily. The work took him less than an hour, and the bill was $197. Perhaps this is normal for electrical work, but seems high to me. "

"I had an electrical emergency in which my dryer was sending too much power to my washer, causing the washer to bellow smoke and burn the outlet it was plugged in to. This happened on a Sunday. I thought there was no way I could have a technician fix it quickly. About 30 minutes after going through the Home Advisor process of finding a technician, Paul from Green Star Power called me to see if I still needed service. He was extremely kind, patient, and understanding. We spoke on the phone at 10am and at noon he was at my house analyzing and fixing the issue. I can't say enough about how amazing his customer service was. I would recommend Green Star Power to everyone in orlando! You won't find anyone better!"

An appointment was made for a few days later, and he showed up on time and went right to work installing a new outside electrical outlet. "Paul offered competitive pricing for my 220V installation for a spa. Unfortunately, he never tested the GFCI breaker and it proved defective when I tested it after he was gone. This necessitated another service call the next day as the spa was unsafe to use. Paul corrected the problem after two breakers proved to be defective. I requested a copy of the invoice for my records and was told it would be e-mailed. I am still waiting for it nearly a week later."

The spa was to be 'started up' by sales rep for the spa company, the customer couldn't wait and there was a problem with the auto GFCI test feature that was part of the spa. The spa rep came out and cleared the error code and set up the Bluetooth. We returned the following morning to ensure there was no further issues. All customers are provided an invoice at time of payment, one week later he requested a replacement stating that he lost the original.
