The kicker is that my wife was in a nursing home and couldn't be discharged home until the ramp was finished. I explained my situation and Mr. Loughman committed on the spot to begin the work immediately and even worked a Saturday at no additional charge to complete the work on budget and one day sooner than promised. The build quality is superb, and the job came in spot on the estimate. This could not have been any better!"

"They provided prompt service. It turned out the pump was fine and they didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed but I got a great lesson on sump pumps. He fixed the utility closet door while he was here and cut me a deal on the price since he wasn't here very long. I plan on hiring them again to fix my gutters and a few other minor projects around the house. "

He even went further and was able to make a few calls ,and upgraded my sliding wood doors to a set of beautiful glass doors. We at Loughman started out with only replacing 14 windows. Happy with the work, we where asked to come back and complete a major basement remodel. This included a new bathroom in which we had to excavate for pipelines in the concrete basement floor. Lastly an emergency broken water main leading to her house, which we dug up and repaired the very next day. It was a pleasure doing business with you, thanks!
