"The work and product was good. I wanted to give them a 5 star rating. They were nice and it didn't take them long to hook up 3 TV's. However, what was quoted on the phone was 4 TV's. I was told they would install the antenna, run any wires and make sure all 4 TV's were receiving the signal. If the wires were degraded or needed installed they would take care of that. It was all included. When they found out it required attic work things changed. They wanted another 150 dollars to do what was told to me on the phone. Needles to say if the TV previously had cable they used the existing jacks. That was included in the price. If not be prepared to pay more. Just be aware any thing extra cost more if it was not already done by the cable company first. "

"While the initial appointment set up was fine. That?s kind of where it ended. I selected a window of 2pm to 5pm on a Saturday. The techs showed up at 12:30pm with no call or text to say they were on there way or to ask if they could come early. They removed the DirectTV satellite dish but left what appeared to be an old attempt at a bird?s nest on the ground next to the house. Again, with no request for a trash receptacle or a text to let me know it was left there so I could dispose of it. There was no apology or even acknowledgment of the scheduling issue but they were quick to collect payment for the 20 minutes it took to do the job. "

"They called and asked if they could arrive early. Early! Unheard of. No waiting around for the tail end of the window time they gave me when I booked the appointment. They explained a few options to me, and, once I agreed, got to work and installed my outdoor antenna. They ensured it was working, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Highly recommend. "We had purchased an antenna and wanted installed on our house. The company came out SAME DAY, it took less than an hour. It was a licensed provider, the technician knew what needed to be done (cable in the attic, accessible through the garage--I've had this house 25 years and did not know that), he explained everything, made sure we knew how to work the tv with the new antenna. He was expedient, professional, friendly. The cost was appropriate to the professional service provided. "

"I needed to extend my TV antenna from my attic to the top of my roof. The installer did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and didn't have any surprises about extra costs. What we agreed to on the phone is what I was charged. Now I get 123 clean TV station instead of 115 with half of those with a low signal. Most of my VHS stations had poor signals, but now they come in perfect."

"CM Wireless was the only company that responded to my request for service. That alone is good customer service. When I called, I spoke with Diana and she took all my information and had me scheduled for the antenna install the next day. Jesus brought 17 years of experience to this install. The antenna was a fairly simple install that I could have done, but, how to connect the cable to the junction box was the problem because of the Cox hook up. Jesus had us up and running within half an hour. His installation is perfect. I absolutely will recommend CM Wireless to anyone that needs this service."
