"After finding my Septic Tank sewage back filling my shower (lowest point of drainage in house), I realized there was a blockage in the drainage system downstream, most likely in the Septic Tank Inlet. Per Murphy's Law, this event happened on Sunday, when most businesses are closed. Using Home Advisor, I selected 3 best choices for Septic Tank service, and called them all on Sunday, leaving a detail voice message for each. Bradford Raider Rooter was the only service to call back an Monday morning, and was able to dispatch a service truck Monday afternoon. The service tech quickly located and uncovered the Septic Tank Access Lid, and proceeded to vacuum out the overfull tank. I soon became readily apparent the my kids excessive use or toilet paper (2 rolls/day) had clogged the inlet, and the service tech removed the blockage. Then the service tech proceeded to clean and flush the tank thoroughly, and confirm that all plumbing in house was draining properly. In summary, Bradford Raider Rooter was responsive and provided timely service. The service tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough."

"I had just had my water heater replaced but still had a leak when I called raider rooter. they sent over 2 guys Trainer (John), Trainee (Ed) Not only did they not fix my leak .. but they were more interested in how the water heater was installed and smoking cigarettes out on my patio. They did not wear protective gear due to covid19 (I take care of my 80 year old mom) or on their shoes so they tracked in mud all over my floors going back and forth. They caulked my bathtub which has gaps still along with muddy finger prints and I still have a leak. I asked the owner to give me a call back. They put me off for 3 days then said they put a work order in .. they should have been here yesterday but I get a call from the office person, Jessica, stating they will not come out and the owner will not call me back. SERIOUSLY CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN AND BE IGNORED! John first quoted me $550 then ended up paying $795 .. I STILL HAVE A LEAK!"

"Woke up early to septic backed up into shower - what a mess! Tried some other companies who had message services or said they would page someone. A LIVE PERSON answered the phone for this company and scheduled me for same day service. The technician Nick showed up and did a quick and professional job. "Needed an urgent septic tank pump. My last pump was 9 years ago (I know should have done it sooner). Checked Home Advisor and they offered Raider Rooter. Reviews were good, so I gave them a shot. Very happy I did. Price was lower than what I paid 9 years ago. Jessica was prompt in contacting me and very nice. They came the next day and were here when promised. Very professional and quick. "I just bought my first house in Boynton Beach which is on septic/well water and the night of my son's 17th birthday I called Raider Rooter to see if they could send a tech out to my house for an emergency service call. Even after 6 pm a very kind young lady picked up the phone and did her very best to contact their senior tech to pump out my septic tank. He was still on a job 2 hours away and yet was willing to come to my house at 10 pm....I couldn't bring myself to accept this offer and decided that my plumbing issue could wait until the next day. Daisy contacted me the next morning and set up the service call for that afternoon. Their tech called me as promised before he arrived, FOUND my tank, pumped it out, identified my problem, and billed me for a fair price. This level of exemplary service is why I am happy to spend a few moments of my day to write this review. 5 STARS for Raider Rooter in my book!"

"They were the highest rate of $300 but they were the first to respond .. also I asked them to give me a quote for septic tank covers because I need to replace the cement covers I have as they are old and chipped .. the guy measured the size of covers but did not get back to me with estimate for new covers .. also the next day the pump backed up again � � due to a clog in the pipe when the guy came out he empties the tank by pumping it out .. but did not clear ou the pipe where clog was so next day system backed up again but my son went outside to check and we had to stick a water hose in pipe to unclog pipe..They did not check the first time to see if the pipe was clogged and I am still waiting on an estimate for septic tank covers .. at this point no I would not hire them again .. but in desperate situations, you go with who responds first and they did. "

"They came quickly. We had a bad odor coming from our master bathroom. Think sewer. We have a septic tank. Since it was pumped 2 yrs ago, we didn't think the odor was that. 2 men came, asked some questions, went to the shower in master bathroom, holding their noses. Come to find out, since we never use this shower because we have an outside shower, (I know, TMI), we need to run some water down the drain in the shower every couple weeks or so. Who knew! The whole thing took 15-20 minutes tops. Just a service call charge that we were glad to pay. So thankful for their knowledge and honesty."
