"Several door locks in the house broke in the same month. I received a return call in just minutes after leaving a message. They were able to come to the house the next morning and fixed all the locks in one visit.. The price was fair. They were just a few minutes late on their estimated time of between 8 -9. One of their products/knobs was not the quality I preferred, but if I wanted to wait, I could have obtained the upgrade. I chose not to wait."

"We just closed on a house and needed locks re-keyed, and some replaced. Mike went to the house promptly, got back to me with an estimate, and had the locks changed and other door passages installed that were missing within a week. I don't know how he is priced compared with other's so I couldn't rate that part objectively.
