We had a bathroom floor and vanity and repair to stairs. They had to replace part of the floor and added reinforcement to the joists. They patched and painted the walls and cabinets. The cost seemed high at first but they anticipated the challenges that they ran into and it all turned out well.

We hired Jake and his team to complete our unfinished basement. He was able to complete the job in exactly one month, and even came in under budget! It was a largely open space, with an added bedroom and bathroom. We requested that he match everything in the basement to the aesthetic and materials of the rest of the house, and he was able to do exactly that! He was very professional, timely, and easy to communicate with. We are very pleased with our new space--perfect for our kids to play and a great en suite for all the grandparents who visit! Jake was very thorough and detail-oriented. He actually used the egress window to access the basement, since there wasn't a walk out, and that was super helpful for our household (kept my two toddlers out of trouble). We are so thrilled to entertain friends and host family for visits in our space. Jake communicated well through email and text, and was always able to quickly resolve any issues that came up during the process. We sincerely appreciated his respect for our space, and understanding that we wanted the basement to be done "tastefully, yet cost efficient" since budget was very important to us. We would highly recommend Jake and his team for any home remodeling job, and will definitely use him in the future!

Hired Bull West Design for a deck build. Superior craftsmanship, reasonable cost, and a visionary, being able to take our verbal and non technical description of what we thought we wanted and create a masterpiece far better than what we imagined. Also communicated with us regularly on when he could start, progress made, and reasons for any delays. True professional and trustworthy. We will hire Jake West again.

Knowledgeable Came quickly to give estimate

DO NOT HIRE!!! Seriously, unless you want crooked walls, rock and dirt under your flooring, trim that looks like it was cut by a two-year-old, etc(I could go on and on). He doesn't take the time to do things the right way the first time. I have had nothing but issues with Jake. Usually only works one day a week for a couple hours at a time. It took 20 weeks just to get to the flooring stage of my basement when I was told 6 weeks for the whole basement. He is not working for me anymore and still has my money with no refund in sight. Terrible with deadlines, planning and communication. Would not recommend even to an enemy.

Addressed all concerns, quick response to calls, texts and emails. Cleaned up at end of each day. Excellent quick work.

Bull West Design did a great job. I highly recommend their work. They built a beautiful deck that is better and stronger that required by city code. And the entire crew was great. And best of all, they finished the job.
