Work was excellent. Only issue was with follow up in submitting claim to insurer.
Response from Company:
We submit claims as a courtesy for our customers. We send in claims the day we finish the job. Majority of the time we are waiting on payment until the funds are released. We can't send in claim if customer doesn't get us their paperwork in a timely manner

They are a nice professional family business. They gave me a reasonable quote and in fact told me that my roof had enough damage to file my insurance claim for a complete new roof. I sent them my insurance claim info and they had a crew ready to work at 7 am the next morning.

They came out when they said, gave me an estimate, and showed up and did the work in the time frame I was told. That is unusual where I live. Very pleased with the job they did.

Real nice people. Easy to work with, honest, professional and extremely helpful. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who will do what he says he will do, completes the work as scheduled and within budget. This is rare these days. I recommend these folks to everyone.

They were very easy to do business with. Had no concerns what so ever. Start to finish everything was done very professionally. The only thing I'd recommend is to "see" samples of the shingles to pick from before getting the job done.
