    We have a 3700 sf two-storage house with a single A/C. We could never to get upstairs cool enough for the summers. The owner recommended a pseudo zone control on the air duct, which we can manually control the proportion of air goes to upstairs versus downstairs. He also installed an additional register in the MBR upstairs. The two changes made great difference in cooling the upstairs. We never felt so comfortable in the past 25 years. Mr. Flanders is a licensed dealer with Carriers. His quoted price was much lower compared to other installers. Thank him for a job well done. I would strongly recommend him.

    Completed furnace install on time. However electric connections to my dishwasher and disposal and sprinkler were shot after their install. Had to call an electrician to fix a cut neutral. Refunded electrician cost. The HERS testing was a wash, 50% leakage after sealing the vents! Ours is a older home, but still, I expected better results. Permit inspection was paid for, but asked to schedule the visit on my own, after promising their office would take care of everything. Overall, neutral.

    Brett came right on time to give his estimate. He was very professional. The installers were very professional as well. They also were on time. That means so much!!! We have had other projects that have been nightmares. The heater was installed in the time projected. The two young men who did the work were very nice and cleaned everything up. YEAH!!! Very good experience. Thank you for the recommendation.
