install was completed 3 years ago Quality materials were used The gaps between cabinet doors are too wide Doors were not constructed correctly and had to be drilled twice leaving holes on back side of cabinets. They have returned multiple times, but are not able to adjust out all the errors made in manufacturing. Always very rushed - do not take time to do job right Cabinet stain is already wearing off where our hands come in contact when opening doors. Full of excuses - I just got tired of dealing with them

Doors were originally made incorrect and then re-worked to fit. I now have holes on the inside of the doors that should not be there. Should have been re-made. October update: After contacting the contractor, they agreed to re-make the "re-worked" doors. I am raising the rating to reflect the final quality and value. I also slightly improved the customer service rating as they readily agreed to fix the "re-worked" doors, but I believe they should not have attempted to leave me with re-worked doors in the first place.

This gentelmans cabinetry was not completed by a previous contractor, We were hired to complete the project. We did so in a timely manner and the customer was very pleased. The 2 small doors he refers to were sized incorrectly and new ones have been ordered. He has prematurely entered this review before the new doors were installed.
