I used this service for about 4 months. I was not happy with the results of my bi-weekly clean. The team was new to the business and not as efficient as a more experienced crew.

I have found working with Tri-Organics a very good one. I like the approach they take on cleaning using a " Deep clean rotation system". I also like the conscious use of green products and how each home has their own set of clothes and vacuum bags to prevent any possible cross contamination, including clothes in my own home (ie. bath cloth not used in kitchen). I am also pleased with the communication between us. The willingness to make me happy is greatly appreciated, as I can be very picky, as most people who pay to have their homes cleaned are. I highly recommend them.

I chose Triorganics to be my service provider because I do not want to have a lot of chemicals in my house. TriOrganics uses the green products, plus, they do a decent job on cleaning. After the service, my house is clean, but without the smells from the cleanning detergent.

They were very professional. Priced right. BUT, they constantly forgot to clean certain areas. I decided to find another cleaning service instead of having to ask them to clean certain areas each time. I found areas that weren't cleaned by previous services and I purposely listed these for this service. They weren't done. Also, the cleaning supplies of being eco green are a great idea, if they clean and disinfect. I did not see a cleaner bathroom or kitchen with their products. Sorry.

As discussed, we were not able to fully complete the job because of constant interruptions from her 3 dogs. We did try our best spending nearly twice the time that the job had called for. When we offered to come back and clean the areas for free, the homeowner declined saying I certainly do not want to appear as though I'm complaining and Deborah and Anna were very nice and I'm looking forward to the next cleaning. As a professional company we work with our customers, however, the homeowner continued to fail to keep her dogs from interrupting our work. We discontinued their service as of 12/30/10.
