I want to purchase the same unit online and have a professional swap out the old for the new one. That's it. I want to avoid aggressive sales pitches, charges for evaluations or anything else that isn't simply the work being done. I ask for rate per hour and how many hours and clear communication on what other parts may be needed to complete this task. Full transparency required.
