The young man who came was very experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very professional in his work and clean up. I was impressed to say the least. Would totally recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to all family and friends with no problems. Have thier card on my fridge and will use them for any future work I want done or repairs to the systems in this house.

fantastic work, professional and punctual. They are fantastic at what they do and carry a warranty (not applicable on blockages) but a toilet clog was 210 - 220 when the other big name plumbers charge around 180, and the smaller independant guys use the same equipment and charge $75.00. bottom line, they're the highest priced plumbers I've ever delt with but operate with the most generous warranty I've ever seen in the plumbing business. If you want punctual and absolute peace of mind and are in a hurry look no further, if you want to save 20 - 65% shop around.
