"Brad reviewed what I found needed to be done and he discovered urgently needed repairs while reviewing and scanning my home. The repairs needed were plumbing related, which he cannot do as he is not a licensed plumber, so he was not pointing it out for his benefit. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work when he said it would, even with me adding a couple small fixes as he went along that I discovered. The quality of his work was excellent.
