Great customer service from the start all the way to the end. Everything on-time. They provide a better warranty, so you get more value for your money. The job was done clean, even made sure the damage to the lawn is minimized. Cleaned everything back to normal, things looked as if nothing had happened, but it did! :-)

I have had bad luck with plumbers in the recent past, so when I needed help with a main backup and needing to install a cleanout within 5 feet of the sidewalk, I checked out Home Advisor. I contacted several plumbers. Juan with Fix It Plumbing was the only one to get back to me immediately, came that evening (worked in the dark outside), and used equipment which I have never even seen before. Pricing was in line with others I had heard, but his professionalism made me confident he could do the job right. He and his crew did everything great, even with the city. I'll use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
