I have had bad luck with plumbers in the recent past, so when I needed help with a main backup and needing to install a cleanout within 5 feet of the sidewalk, I checked out Home Advisor. I contacted several plumbers. Juan with Fix It Plumbing was the only one to get back to me immediately, came that evening (worked in the dark outside), and used equipment which I have never even seen before. Pricing was in line with others I had heard, but his professionalism made me confident he could do the job right. He and his crew did everything great, even with the city. We discussed modification to the scope of work requires to resolve the main sewer line damage. Work performed and landscape restoration after hand trenching required to repair the sewer line was performed in a very professional manner. Over all a great job.
