I chose these fellows mostly because they really seemed to know what they were talking about and there was absolutely no B.S. component in what they were telling me. We have already determined that the most appropriate action is to install a 2 way clean out between the house and the street. The 2 way clean site is grass and the sewer pipe is 5 feet down. In front of the house, you will see a cement walk way and grassy area. The grassy area is the site installation, easily accessible.
