VSE responded with a written quote the same day as I requested. Sandy followed up with a phone call. Scheduled the appointment for 1st thing Friday. Roy called before he left the yard to confirm we were ready and agree on a start time. He arrived on time and started work. Roy did not waste any time and was pumping the tanks within minutes of arrival. Work complete on time and on quote. I recommend Vega Septic & Environmental Services (VSE). Hint: Make sure you know where the your tank opening are located before the pumper arrives it will save a lot of time searching.

Comment: The pumps are relatively new and the tanks were cleaned out, but the black water alarm is still on and the level doesn't go down much. The company that pumped it out says that the "drainfield lines are clogged with solids and biomat and needs flushing." I have lived here since 98 and haven't ever had the lines cleaned out. Need estimates for cleaning them out so the alarm light goes off and the system runs correctly.
