"Alegra called and asked for a review, and I'm more than happy to share my experience. They did an outstanding job for us last month. It's a rare pleasure to write a review for a service that genuinely cares about your project. We wanted a patio with a cover and a small kitchen in our new house, and they went above and beyond to ensure it matched our vision perfectly. I can't thank them enough, and I adore my patio and the charming herbal section they added! Thank you Outtex!"

Addition and Remodel
"Robert and his Crew where great. They work quickly and made sure that we were happy with each progression of the work. He was honest and insistent how to pay. He didn't ask for all of it up front which a lot of so call contractors wanted. We are so satisfied with his honesty and work we are hiring for future projects. He is a busy contractor so it may take awhile but it is so much worth it.!!"

"We recently completed a whole-home remodel of a 3,000sqft 1980s home with Ed and Jesse at SPS. We interviewed multiple contractors and selected SPS as Ed was very engaged, trustworthy, insightful, and value-minded to give good results at an affordable price. All of these attributes came to fruition once working together. I have done multiple large home renovation projects and this one was by far the smoothest thanks to the tireless work by the SPS crews (showing up on time, working long hours, sometimes 6 days a week to get the job done in time for the holiday as promised). I would highly recommend anyone consider Ed and the SPS team for home improvement projects of any size."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
