DANIEL CALLED IN THE AM WITH MY 3-5 PM WINDOW. HE ALSO CALLED THAT PM SAYING TRAFFIC WAS BAD BUT HE'S ON HIS WAY. THAT WAS NICE. HE ARRIVED AND EXPLAINED THE ASBESTO PROCESS. I ASKED QUESTIONS (THIS IS ALL NEW FOR ME AND I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ASBESTO) AND WITHOUT MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A BOTHER OR STUPID HE TOLD ME ALL ABOUT THE WHAT IF'S AND WHAT TO DO'S. I FELT GOOD KNOWING ALL THE OPTIONS. THE NEXT DAY HE EMAILED AND CALLED GIVING MY RESULTS--NEGATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS
