Comment: I recently moved into a property in which the landlord's repairman had installed linoleum sheeting in the bathroom VERY poorly, so I went to trim a part of it to make a straight line and check out some water damage I suspected had incurred, and I discovered that there are about 3 layers of vinyl/linoleum tiles underneath. They look pretty old so I'm afraid they might contain asbestos. I was hoping to strip off all the layers and put down new linoleum but I don't want to do that until I know it's safe.
