"First and foremost Matt and his team are awesome. The project itself was not too major but they dedicated their time to us and got it done quickly. Matt is fantastic to work with and his responsiveness, advice, and communication are phenomenal. At no point did we feel like we were left hanging or out of the loop on anything. We are very happy with how things turned out and when it comes time for future projects, we will definitely be reaching out again."

"BUILD THE LIFESTYLE, James, Home Advisor 10/14/15 ... My son James asked me to help him write a review: enjoy! We just went through a great remodel before putting our house for sale, and Realtors have nothing but praise for the result achieved. Enjoy this shortened video we made as a treat for our builder - Peter Burley, HEU USA & NJSA - showing how opening our traditional living spaces to this gorgeous sunroom truly transformed how we live: our new great room not only compliments the existing home, it has become its signature! Copy/paste this link in your browser to check out this NJSA, sunroom within open floorplan: https://vimeo.com/142160902 ... Today, the resale value of a house is not in the pure square footage anymore, but rather in bright and airy open floorplans, with multi-function and efficiently designed spaces, and lots of high-quality windows. In the old days, houses had many smaller, chopped-up spaces, and next came the sprawling, but often disconnected floorplans. Following the NOT SO BIG HOUSE movement, current buyers want more efficient and cozy homes, with the main living spaces central or connected, flowing into each other, and always flooded with light. We've lived in our 1940's home since 1998, and have always enjoyed its floorplan and how sunny and pleasant it already was. And yet, since NJ Sunroom Additions built this great room, there is simply no comparison. This is where we all enjoy spending time together - big and small, human and animal - watching the sunrise and wildlife, or enjoying a full moon, with everyday life and entertainment in between. Every situation is different, but our great room faces North, so transformed the otherwise darkest and coldest side of the house, greatly insulating it while allowing light to pour in through the full wall and cathedral windows. Very interestingly, while the new sunroom floods the home with light, it is much more insulated than our prior exterior wall. It is so nice to see the utility bill drop, while all sounds from busy roads, landscaping, or neighbors are greatly buffered. Imagine the form and functions of how you will use your NJ Sunroom addition, choose where to place French or Sliding doors, and how much light and electrical points you need... These rooms can truly bring about a renaissance, not only by redefining space and character, but also by transforming how you live together in your renewed home... James wants to share his favorite things about the new great room: * It's my favorite place to do homework, because it is always sunny and happy; * Adults can have fun in the sunroom - with the seating and the cooking and all the wine right there :-) but they can always watch their children play through all the windows, and even hear everything when they are all open :-D * Olivia the Cat is so busy watching all the birds, squirrels and chipmunks, she doesn't mind me laying right next to her and watching also while I pet her; * In the eve"
