Good Price but NO attention to detail. Each "team" of workers were in a hurry to start on to next portion of the remodel without the prior workers fully completing that section. So some things done out of normal order. Needed oversight by homeowner to ensure that the details were taken care of satisfactorily.

We worked with Tom Badash. He was always easy to contact, and got involved with the project which was important, yet he was professional, and never territorial. Tom was flexible about project changes after the signing of contract. Any changes in cost due to changes were reasonable. When and if I were to have another project in mind, I would call Mr. Build.
