"James, Val and the whole crew were great to work with. From start to finish they followed through beautifully each step of the way. This was our first major remodeling project and I was overwhelmed at times. James was always quick to respond, listen, and talk me through the process while allowing my husband and I to make the final decisions that worked for us. They were also patient and accommodating as we changed our minds a few times throughout the remodel, for example deciding to extend the new flooring to the rest of the upstairs and altering lighting plans. The few times we ran into unexpected hiccups, the team came up with creative solutions. I would highly recommend SSR. Great work and a great team!"
