Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
LENEXA, KS

He responded quickly, made an appointment to inspect the leak, arrived on time, made the diagnosis. When we hired him, he mad an appointment for the following day, arrived on time and and quickly accomplished his task.

Project: Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight
Prairie Village, KS

He came out right away and recommended sealing the skylight so it would not open. We agreed and he did it on the spot. He said he could not guarantee that this would stop the leak but from what we could see it most likely would. We only opened the skylight once or twice in 20 years so we did not feel we were losing anything and hoped that it would work. He only charged $65. We are waiting for a few rains to see if it did the job. Other than that, it would cost about $900 to replace the skylight and we felt we got a bargain if it works.

Quick response. Quality work as far as I can tell. Didn't try to stick me for related repairs that didn't seem necessary at this time.
