"Very courteous and more than willing to work with us in the repair. He brought a faucet to replace a leaky one we had, but it was not to my wife's liking. He waited for an hour while I ran out and purchased a faucet that would pass my wifes muster and installed it and didn't charge for the wait time."

"Talk about dedicated, knowledgeable service! They went the extra mile (and two) to be sure both the installation of a new sump pump and a new well pump were installed the same day. And the sump pump well area was scrubbed clean and new alarm system connected in much better pattern than previously! So impressed with this company, I'm having them come out at their Mr. Sparky unit to quote a whole house generator!"

When I tried to relight the pilot the status light code flashes 7 times indicating gas control or valve failure. I tried lighting the pilot a few different times but getting the same error. So I have no hot water in the house right now. The storage water heater is from A.O. Smith Water Products. Model # = GCV 50 300 and serial # 1508A009368. I would like a plumber to come out on Monday to repair or replace my 50 gallon tank.
