I had one problem with Affordable AC but I think it was more of a problem with the installer and not the company. I have had great experiences with all the technicians and sales staff at Affordable AC except for the installer. I still had problems with my AC after getting the entire thing replaced because he did not give me all the things I was paying for such as a new damper and pad for the unit. I would use them again because the technicians made up for the installers lack of professionalism.
