Skilled craftsmen. Transformed two baths and a kitchen. Very pleased with results. Contractor has a sense of humor which is necessary when dealing with me. Some follow-up remains and I am confident I will be exceptionally satisfied.

I had previously given Pro Tech a review that was not very good...after John the owner had heard about it he had brought it to my attention that he had no idea any of the things that I mentioned had happened. John not only came out and worked on the jobs himself but also brought a crew with him to try to expedite the process. The guys ended up completing the job and did not re-charge me to complete it. Character means a lot to me and guys that stand by their word/work do to. Bottom line is I would give these guys a chance again and I'm glad they did the right thing.
